or amazing plays the entire crew including the umps just a short time ago.

hopefully tonight is a blowout bit Otani-san in on the hill.

Being from Southern California, I watched the whole thing, which wrapped up around almost midnight. My MacBook Pro and iPhone were practically dead by the 14th inning as I was glued to the game, so I had to charge everything when the 14th inning was over, including my Apple Watch for sleep tracking, and I even read my Harvesting Dreams novel during the commercial breaks for the rest of the innings, hoping one of the teams would finally score.

It was a nail-biter, and every time Ohtani was up to bat, he was walked. He was on deck about 9-10 times in the game. But as soon as I saw Freeman come up in the 18th inning, I knew he was going to end the game with a walk-off home run. Remember Freeman’s grand slam walk-off win in the last World Series? This time, he did it again with a single home run.

I was going to type "Tadej Pogačar" hit 3HR, fans 10 last week instead of Otani-san,
we are very fortunate to have these dominate athletes on our planet.

I was going to say, it’s a difficult decision, stay up and watch Game 7 at 2 am, or get a good nights rest. But then I found out they are only showing the final game of the World Series on a subscription channel. Guess I will head off to bed at a sensible hour.

Yeah… I woke up at 3.30 am or so, and watched the last the last few innings on gameday… the Blue Jays were 4-2 up and it was the top of the 7th… I thought they might make it but they were unable to add on those insurance runs despite loading the bases, against some great Dodger pitching.

Well, the Dodgers bought another, but at least Toronto came to play. Interesting series, overall.

Pitchers report mid-February. Something to look forward to after the holidays. I hope to get to some spring training games next year.
