keep trying.....did u have the rep send mms testing to you???

restart the phone enter the mms apn settings.

if not....go to settings /general/ reset/ reset network settings then reboot and retry inputing the mms apn settings....

like i said have att rep send you an mms it worked TODAY for me :D
 
I'll have to get an at&t rep to remove the MMS block tomorrow. I've had good luck with their tech chat so I'm going to try that.

no today i tried 3 diff. ones and once installed i had different things on my cellular data network menu....

they r different

i mean get them from diff websites
 
Anyone ever have problems going to 3.0 and not being a dev? I want to do my wifes phone, but dont want to screw it up.:eek:

I'll try that, if not I'll see AT&T again cuz while the guy said he disabled the block I really dont think he knew what the heck he was doing lol

Do you have links to the different ones? I've only tried the original one in the 'Quick Guide to MMS' to no avail

Unfortunately MMS has never worked for me. I think having an unlimited family texting plan is an important part of the process (although I've heard of people getting it working with the normal iPhone plan). It seems rather random, and I'm not sure the downgrading process is worth it for me. I wish it would just work but I suppose I can at least wait another week before pestering AT&T while using the official update.
 
Anyone else getting a error message when trying to USB tether? More or so along the lines of it not being available due to not being subscribed to a data plan
 
at&t rep is giving me hassles. They're telling me that I need to go through developer support to get MMS enabled when it's obviously an account issue. All they need to do is remove a block that's on the account and they don't seem to get that.

I have googled the ipcc file and I got the one that stops the Visual Voicemail. Is it possible for anyone to post the link for the ipcc file that doesn't stop the Visual Voicemail? thanks
