I don't.
I only noted CPU 0 in the panic reports that you've shared and this simply says this is the CPU thread / core that was executing something at the time that the panic was observed.
I don't know if you upgraded your CPU to this one or if it was factory option (I don't recall if 5,1 was sold single CPU 3.46GHz and your panic lists your machine as having a single socket system), but considering this is a new to you GPU and a new problem that mentions drivers (kexts) that specifically are for this hardware I'm really leaning on this being a bad GPU.
Maybe you'll get lucky and be able to run High Sierra just fine, but considering the fresh install of Mojave's failure I don't see it being all too likely unless what is killing the card is the stress of 'metal' which to me still says bad GPU.

I am running in High Sierra thus far with no issues...I will continue to monitor and I may try another install of Mojave on an extra SSD.

If it is a bad card, the seller said he would take it back, but I do not have a spare card right now...as well, the seller has reputable feed back on eBay so I do not think this is an intentional issue with the card or the seller...I may however in the next week or so get a spare Windows card, and see about an exchange or something...provided more tests show the card is in fact the issue.

The 3.45 Quad is an upgraded CPU and has been flawless until I put Mojave in and then used this GPU.

So for the time being it is wait and see.

Update....same crash in High Sierra...I am back to my stock GT 120...I am sending the card back and/or exchanging it for another K5000 or an AMD 7**** series.

Thanks for the help, I guess the card was bad after all.
