I did it right at the beginning when I created RAID 0 and installed Mojave. now my file is bootcaches.bkp on the cloned HDD and on RAID 0. I tried to rename it to .plist or to .bak after cloning but still RAID 0 doesn't boot.

from the beginning:
- I had RAID 0 with Mojave (file name was bootcaches.bkp)
- I used CCC to clone them to USB/HDD. Boot Mojave from USB/HDD and installed security update 2020-004 10.14.6 on cloned USB/HDD.
- then I used CCC and cloned USB/HDD to RAID0.
- USB/HDD boots and has bootcaches.bkp.
- RAID 0 fails to boot and has bootcaches.bkp
