After I decided to return my LG 27UP850 monitors due to issues mentioned in this thread, I'm torn between BENQ PD2705U and HUAWEI MateView 28, I need 2 monitors for my home office. I know it is a different category but ...
The BENQ will possibly be more color accurate and covers 99% sRGB space, no DCI-P3 coverage mentioned by BENQ, price is 600 EUR.
The Mateview is more appealing visually, has 3:2 aspect ratio and covers 98% of the DCI-P3 space, price is 500 EUR.
I'm counting with getting SpyderX for calibration as I doubt the colors will match on a pair of monitors.

Price and looks aside, would you go for the BENQ despite the lack of DCI-P3 coverage? and how important is it really? I have the LG 27UP850 where vendor claims 95% DCI-P3 coverage, colors are ok to my eyes but I don't have any new monitor to compare quality side by side. If there is any other 27" 4K with USB-C PD you would recommend in this price range, please let me know. BTW. I didn't count with the Dell U2723QE as it is overpriced in EU, 800 EUR per monitor is too much and it has mixed reviews.

Much appreciated

LG 32UL950 ? Generally sells for 1200 EUR, but I got mine for 850 during a sale at Amazon.
Unfortunately I cracked the screen during moving, but for the few months I had it I was pleased with it.

DELL UP2720Q, note the UP as many confuse this with U2720...
This one has an integrated hardware spectrometer for calibration.
