Mophie Juice Pack for iPhone 5 issue

Got my Air today and all i can say is wow. Mophie should not have even released that helium crap the AIR is so much better.
 
I ordered mine directly from Mophie and haven't gotten the shipped notice yet. I am totally OCD about fit/finish though, and if this problem is evident on mine...it'll be mailed back to Mophie the next morning! I'm not cool with paying over $100 for a product that is hit & miss with quality control. That's totally unacceptable.

You're joking, right? First, it's not too long for the pockets in my pants. Second, what would you do with any object that's too long to fit in your pants pocket? Carry it in your hand, a coat pocket, a suit pocket, etc.
