I went with the Mophie. No regrets about it at all. Phone stays on there really well, haven't had to mess around with positioning as it has started charging each time I set it down and is fully charged when I wake up in the morning, and lastly there has been no light that bothers me at night.

They does sound a little pricey for a wireless charger. That is the rumored price but the X supply constraint was a rumor as well and look what happened. Okay, the supply might have been short but it didn't seem as dire as predicted. That said, I suppose we'll have to wait and see how it will be priced.

I waited on the Anker model I wanted and now they are gone. And Amazon doesn't know when or if it will be available. So, I went with the Tech Matte as my second wireless charger (Spigen stand was my first). I'll keep checking back on the Anker but doubt if it will reappear.

Just checked, they had 1 and that fast . . . now it's gone. It's this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KJL4XNY/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I7T7SG2LHD608&colid=3BUBL7V4L8GCW

Yup thats the one. It's even smaller than the mophie looks, great and has really nice grip... just place the order it usually ships earlier than the time shown there. its just an estimate.

I just do not understand why most on Amazon do not come as a complete package. Sell the pad/stand with the device, cord and charger together. Why do they not do that?

Went for the Belkin Boost Up myself as it looks like an Apple product and blends in with my bedside table. It has a tiny green LED on it which doesn't cast any light in the dark but can be completely covered by the phone depending on the way you orientate it. It had a grey rubber ring in the centre but all of the white surface is also grippy and rubberised to an extent. Phone sits on it perfectly and doesn't move AT ALL. Mine is in an official Apple leather case. Also you don't have to fuss with getting the phone sitting on it just right to charge. All in all Id highly recommend it.
