Hi. I’ve received the firmware update kit and updated the two chargers that I own. They initially charged the iPhone for a few days after the upgrade and now they are failing to initiate a charge when I put the phones the charge pad. I have to resort once again to using another charger to charge my devices or to unplug the usb cable. This upgrade device / firmware has clearly not resolved the issues. What is your company planning to do to resolve the situation as I’m not the only customer with on going issues after the manufacturer provided upgrade.mophie comms team here. Some affected customers outside of the U.S. who ordered the firmware update kit were incorrectly charged for shipping. That was not our intent. We apologize for this and are currently refunding all shipping costs to anyone charged earlier today.
