mophie comms team here. Some affected customers outside of the U.S. who ordered the firmware update kit were incorrectly charged for shipping. That was not our intent. We apologize for this and are currently refunding all shipping costs to anyone charged earlier today.
Hi. I’ve received the firmware update kit and updated the two chargers that I own. They initially charged the iPhone for a few days after the upgrade and now they are failing to initiate a charge when I put the phones the charge pad. I have to resort once again to using another charger to charge my devices or to unplug the usb cable. This upgrade device / firmware has clearly not resolved the issues. What is your company planning to do to resolve the situation as I’m not the only customer with on going issues after the manufacturer provided upgrade.

I just received the firmware update kit today and while it seems to have fixed the charging issue, the AirPods pad section doesn't work at all anymore
Update: Went to Apple Store and they fully refunded me (Original purchase date November 2022). Guess I'm back on the market for a new portable charger

Man! I’ll have to try the AirPods charger then. I updated, but didn’t try that feature on my last trip.

I received the 2023 Mophie 3-in-1-charger as a gift for Christmas, purchased by my daughter at Apple.com, and within a month the iPhone pad had stopped charging. I thought this was fixed! Has anyone in the US had success in returning the defective charger to an Apple Store for a refund?

Hi. I have two of them, one bought in New Zealand and on in Turkiye. I could only register one of them on the Mophie site and when I went to order a replacement there were none in stock. I gave up when I tried another time as mophie has upgraded their systems forcing me to register once again. I hope you have more luck than I did as there are no Apple stores here in NZ
