Newstand vs Zenio

How would this work vs the existing app and service from Zenio. I can now get dig sub from Photoshop User and Nat Geo via Zinio on my iPad....Would it compete?

For me, this is the MAIN reason I bought my iPad...eMag/eBooks. Get rid of all that paper and allow me to bring dozen's of magazines with me while I sit and watch my kids swimming practice!
