Seriously! What did the people who hate this design so much expect it to look like? Touch ID wasn't going anywhere soon, and asymmetrical bezels would look terrible. Precedence was already set on the iPod for the camera ring and Apple loves to go thinner.

Yeah, so fugly...

You have no more proof than me that this one is not fake. Yet, you do speak with extraordinary confidence. Tone it down and gloat only after proven right, not before...

There is if you finished viewing all the pics and videos posted on the Web.

Wow, they sure are copying a lot from the Android / BB World.

Seems like they see a market shift and now Android is the Innovation Leader.

How should we define innovation?

64 bit processor, fingerprint sensor, handoff/continuity, precision machined aluminum housing

big screen, blinking led, faux band-aid plastic housing

Style over function.

Notice the camera is refocusing at the edge where he's accidentally touching the screen whilst holding it.

Also, how are you supposed to listen to calls?

You're right, they can. But you would think if they is now more spacing horizontally, there would be equal spacing vertically. Apple seems to be fairly into symmetry.

True, would be nice if they never touched the status bar and all the icons truly float with parallax. The only app I have on the top row is Mail which can leave a notification badge. Doesn't bother me at all.

Not to my satisfaction they haven't.

Like I've said, I believe this is an extremely good copy of what the iPhone 6 will look like, although I don't believe it is an iPhone 6. There are just too many flaws and pitfalls for it to be real.

I'm sorry, but it's real.

Some comments are annoying and really dumb comments. For example a few people not liking the lines on back of phone. Talk about being particular my god. This is not a car and if the lines improve reception and make a better product then so be it. Its a beautiful phone and the put together phone video looked beautiful in black! also by now we know this is what the phone will be shaped like so even if the video is fake which i doubt, then it still will basically look like this. tuesday at 1 is about 48 hours away so i don't know what the point of complaining now is for. if the lines bother you or the bezel bothers you probably have OCD or are just one of those people that complain about anything in life. Its a phone not clothes, or a car. It serves a function and function is more important that beauty but this is a good looking phone I'm just liking the black better and in person apple devices look much better too.

A lot of people are hung up on the protruding camera, but I don't really think its that bad. Go to the Apple store and look at the iPod Touch. Its not as weird in person as it looks online. If the lens is sapphire and maybe the ring is liquid metal, it shouldn't get scratched up. Im more concerned with how well the camera works than how it looks. And if it turns out to be magnetic or something we can attach external lenses to, that would be a huge bonus. Im digging the whole overall design now that the antenna band colors are closely matched to the aluminum instead of white or black. Just my opinion anyway.

I agreed with you that Samsung is just as innovative as any companies but their approach is to copy and their innovations are usually gimmicks to pitch sales and then abandon it after next generations. How many of those galaxy features are actually useful?

I think a lot of people have a fundamental misunderstanding of the word "innovation."

Innovation is putting together the best ideas, designs, and technologies to creatively solve difficult problems, typically resulting in behavioral changes in users.

Adding product "features" willy nilly with little regard to how well those features work or whether they actually solve real world problems is not innovation.

I don't have OCD and none of my iPhone's have ever had a screen protector on them- and they have never been scratched once! Even looking under bright sunlight at an angle- zero scratches. Perhaps you are just a careless OCD? Sorry, I'm kidding. I just don't see the need for them myself. It's the choice of the user and how likely they are to scratch it.

I guarantee you have fine scratches on your screen if you look closely. I have never seen an iphone that is used daily without a screen protector that doesn't have fine scratches. Even my friends who say "I don't use a screen protector and I have no scratches" I've been able to show them where they DO actually have scratches. To each is own. I don't tell anyone they should use a screen protector and that they are stupid not to. I don't care who uses them or not. I just know for a fact they do protect the screen and I choose to use one.

Looks really uncomfortable to hold by the side and also excuse me, butt ugly. But hey, whatever float your boats :).

I think that looks seriously awful. I'm sure it looks great to some and that's fine, but to me that's one horrific device.

I'm sure the touching of screen edges could be fixed with software, just as with multi-touch gesturing etc.

So you're all saying the iPhone 6 looks better with thick bezels and huge length due to the top and bottom borders? I see. I bet you think those antenna breaks are really slick style features too? Protruding camera? Amazing!

If Samsung released a carbon copy of the iPhone 6 last year most people on here would be saying how disgusting it looks. I forget it's a fanboy site first and foremost.

Like allowing attackers to try as many times as they wish for customers' passwords to pull something out of their servers.

thats why he doesnt work at apple or anywhere as a designer. people think they are smart and know it all but they don't know ****. apple is this rich for a reason it wasn't by luck

Well maybe it's just me but I prefer some bezel on handheld devices as they are supposed to be just that, held with the hand. No bezel means covering up bits of the screen when you're holding it, either that or you have to rather uncomfortably cling to the edges.

Bezel-less is great for TV's, mind - and for things you don't have to hold.
