My main beef with Porsche is that I don't think the materials, fit and finish of their interiors live up to their price and status. At least not on most of their models.

Aesthetics are very subjective, but the 911's lines do have a certain classic appeal. And if you doubt their ability to produce a truly modern vehicle and design, check out the 918 Sypder.

Saw one up on the rack yesterday getting prepped for delivery, mechanic said it takes 7 hours to do the initial checkout to get it ready to sell. Awesome car!

Viola....you can see the very small impact this new lens has, in particular if the trade off is for substantially improved optics with image stabilization.

Thing is there's been nothing to indicate those benefits, this could well just be a similarly specced camera but physics dictate the depth, there might be no great trade off - it's the same in the iPod with a standard camera and protruding lens.

All these leaks are just what Apple needed to distract peoples attention away from the real star of the reveal on Tuesday, the iWatch.

Why never show any of the multi tasking? I'm not sure if its real. Too many goo phones around to tell any more.

I'm just happy waiting for Tuesday.

Not liking the look of this device. The shiny, curved screen thing looks cheap and easy to scratch. The top and bottom bezels are too big for the device dimensions.
Basically, I'll replace my iphone 5 with a 5s if this is it.

This has pretty much been confirmed as FAKE so I wouldn't get too upset. Apple just won't make a phone that looks this disjointed. Remember the fake iPhone 5 when we ended up with an iPhone 4S? Same thing this time... The only difference is that the fake iPhone 5 actually looked pretty good and was a believable Apple design. This one is not.

If you think with all the leaks of parts and schematics that this isn't the final design, be prepared for a huge disappointment. This is what we're gonna see on Tuesday, thick bands and protruding cameras and all that.

if you want real options ... look up Japanese cell phones and ... all the different amazing kinds of fones they already have there. we are extremely far far far behind, yet we are so happy to buy anything this feeling company with a shiny, red, fruity logo puts out year after year with no real innovations:)

Apple's iPhone 5s Is The Dominant Smartphone In Japan

iPhone is even more popular in Japan than it is in the United States

Lack of liberal arts education is sapping Japan’s creativity

I think Japan's collectivist culture strongly discourages the sort of individualist thought and creativity that we've seen flourish in the US from pioneers like Steve Jobs.

The back seriously looks like a prototype. Protruding camera and the antenna bands, really doesn't seem up to standard imo.

It's the new Apple. I think we are going to have to get used to it. I'm already considering moving to Android because there doesn't seem to be any real innovation on the Apple side. Same old phone as in 2007, just bigger. Same old operating system as in 2007, just with updated icons and a horrible, remade UI. There is no innovation here. Just stretching.

It's possible that the "bands" aren't for antennae. I think the top and bottom inlays on the back of the "6" might be colored / textured glass. (Think MacBook trackpad and Magic Trackpad.)(

I was thinking this too... So long as it doesn't look or feel like plastic when handled in person I'm OK with it, lol.

That really isn't Apple's bag, dig? You know, jack of all trades, master of none. Apple could do many things better but being all things to all people isn't one of them.

Mass marketed plastic junk catering to every whim vs. design-driven, user focused works of art for discerning customers.

I don't remember the other phones having had so much leaks.

It's one thing for the bodies to be fake and from goo phone, but then how do you explain the populated pcb's with apple A8 chips, then the bodies with the thick bands matching the holes perfectly? It seems almost certain that we have seen the general final device.

I still think the thick bands are a deliberate design choice to match the thickness of the bands around the curved edge.

The other interesting thing is that many people will be held accountable this time. So many of the analysts and leak sites will either be vindicated or exposed as fraudsters.

Lets just wait 2 days...

I concur, and it's not even a whole 2 days now :p

I wonder what MacRumours will publish today? The event is tomorrow!

Get ready for more bull!

You called... ?

Still the same old fragmented, hardly upgradeable OS android phones as well. Enjoy buying a phone and watching a new OS come out and you wait and wait -months- to finally get the upgrade and google already is about to debut its next OS which you will never get. That is why I left. I liked google apps, which are much better now, but the phones are buggy and slow because of stupid overlays to android. The pure greed of the open system is killing it. Just playing with the Note 3 -which I love the size- it was slow to rotate the screen and overall a choppy experience compared to IOS. The office apps paled in comparison to what you can get with IOS. I like androids OS better, its just not a clean experience and the apps I am interested in aren't as polished.

So for me, even if this phone is not as beautiful as I would like, the OS is what I base my phone choice on, just like OSX verses Windows.

Discussing "better" and "worse" OS' and platforms is soooooo flogged to death, decades back. Just buy it, use it, then eat, drink, sleep, walk the dog, pro-create and enjoy OTHER things too :)

First I thought it was real, then I thought it was fake, but I changed my mind again, I think it's real now. :)

I don't think it's that easy to transform Android to replicate this much of the iOS 7/8 experience.

The music player icon gradient, could well have been inverted to match the App and iTunes store gradients.

The minute hands being extended might well be an intentional change to be easier to read on such a small icon.

Since they supposedly reproduced the rest of the OS perfectly, I don't see how they could've missed this easy to spot detail.

Anyone who works in software knows how hard it is to replicate this and the animations. So whoever is saying it's fake just don't understand
