Oh yea? Then why have they deactivated the app access on my vacuum then? I would avoid them at all costs. Their S9 barely lasted two years on me and I sent it an they just recycled it...

Now almost a year with Roborock Soros 10R and the reviews were correct, it's top notch, lightyears ahead of anything from iRobot.

first time I'm hearing about Roomba , imho weird name.

Avoid at all costs, there are many better brands out there. There is a reason they filed for bankruptcy.

My roomba needs a new battery and doesnt support matter. so my sister gave me my old neato back and I'm just going to hack that instead. people are already controlling it locally with homeassistant and it cleaned better than the roomba anyway. once its off the cloud, I'm going back to a camera-less botvac.
