Morning Paper bill arrived...$220/year

That's nothing compared to the $600 I pay for the NYT and the $160 for the WSJ. Hell I'm starting to reconsider. I know I can get the NYT for $10 a month on the Kindle, but I find it awkward to read.

What crappy papers are in your area? Or do you mean it's day old by the end of the day you've received it?

Anyway, nothing beats coffee with a proper paper.

If something happens in the morning I don't read about it in this morning paper, if something happens in the afternoon I don't read about it until the next day.

I realize that people may have been used to this in the past, but I like my news best online because I can get it within minutes of the event happening.

who here ever received 2 papers in one day?

it occurred up to the late 80s..

morning paper came around 6am and then an afternoon paper came around 2-3pm. both the same paper, published at the same place, to the front door by paperboy. no lie.

Instant news and constant analysis have helped contributed to today's problems. I'd prefer to have my news accurate and less fast.
