16GB is not enough so probably not selling much and apple also not making tons of it. 64GB is definitely going to sell the most since it's plenty for most users and this year it's not the most expensive model. 128GB is necessary for some users but as the most expensive, will sell less than 64GB.
As for colors I think slate is most desired, followed by silver and last is gold.
So probably 64GB slate is the top seller.

Not for the iPhone 6. There was a poll on here (too lazy to find it) and it was the least chosen iPhone 6.

I got a 6+ 64gb ...I think gold was not as popular as others due to the white bands. I want gold but I can't say I like the the white bands(should made it a color near the gold, not white)

space grey in 64gb I think was the quickest to go and for delivery dates to drop to 3 to 4 weeks.
