Yes I am, because pdf files are a. much larger, and b. much less manageable in terms of zooming in and out in readers such as the ipad.
I used to print + save all my files in safari for a few months but I am not anymore. The reason being that a .webarchive file is more pliable and smaller, and now with apps like goodreader on the ipad being able to reflow the text easily in webarchive it's literally a dream come true for me for all my saved .webarchive files, not so of course for pdfs I 've saved off the web (which were not originally pdfs) where reflowing and tapping to zoom on a section is still a nightmare (and will continue being so because of the inherent limitations of the format).
I am sure you can understand the need for direct saving to an html type container format instead of pdf.
