Terrible article, not even for the fact that its completely horrendous and not even an iota of what Apple would conceptually design. but this site is just curmudgeonly spewing out garbage. at the least make it interesting, like the Apple satellite rocket that will transmit unfettered high speed Wi-Fi across the globe, giving us a truly wireless experience. that and it has accessibility on the Moon and can travel through time & space.
And when Motor Trend "leaked" a couple sketches on Twitter with a provocative headline yesterday I saw actual tech reporters all aghast saying they'd never buy an Apple car if this is what it's going to look like. Seriously? They actually believed this was a legitimate Apple concept? Sigh.
Talk about spreading yourself thin and not focusing. Literally the exact opposite of what Steve Jobs did at Apple. Apple is not longer synonymous with 'it just works', not feeling a car from them.
To to clear up any doubt, before they announced iPhone, I was completely positive and knew they'd make something great. They did. Same with iPad. Can't say the same for their Watch or car.

I love the antenna bands! All it needs is protruding camera lights and 16mph limitation on base model.
An Apple car will look like a car, the more classic the more likely. These designers like cars, not ridiculous looking bubbles on the road.

You do realize this 'concept' has nothing to do with Apple and Motor Trend has no exclusive information on if Apple is even working on a car. This is the worst form of click bait.
Will it only work if your iPhone is in Bluetooth range? Or can it retain limited functionality if on a known wifi network?

Read through the article earlier today. What an absolute waste of time, all around - mine, other readers, Motor Trend themselves. Geez, I can't believe how much time and energy they put into something they truly have zero knowledge of. Just goes to show how out of touch the auto industry is.
