+1The charts are missing the ultimate losers in this situation...consumers who will end up paying more for the products, as legal costs are passed along. It also leaves out the ultimate winners...a few lawyers who are going to end up with their own private jets and vacation homes.
How different from the days when Apple and Motorola were partners on many projects (680x0, PPC, iTunes phone)...
