Has this happened to anyone? I am trying to upgrade to 4.3.3 and it is giving me this message...

"The ipad (Insert my name here) could not be updated. This device isn't eligible for the requested build."


Any help would be great. Thanks

and it may be to your firewall or too many people trying to update which crashes it (shouldn't say crash, but overloads the server) try tommorow

You need to go into tiny umbrella and uncheck set cydia host on exit, then apply and you should be good to go.

Do you have tiny umbrella open? I had this error and fixed it.

Go get one! I upgraded from a 1st generation iPad and I love this thing. It's much faster among many other things I like more than the iPad 1. You won't regret it! I talked all 5 of my siblings ad my parents into getting one and they all have and they all love it just as much. :apple:
 
To above error when upgrading ur iPad. Just a thought, why dont u download it (file.ipsw) directly from apple. Suppose you backup ur ipad. and then dfu mode it and press shift to select the ipad 4.3.3 firmware where you saved it.

Don't know if it means anything, but comex seems to have changed something at the website. Trying to access the index (by adding _ to the adress) and accessing the "star" website now returns an 403 error...
 
@phibe1 - error 403, are you using ur ipad to acces the site?

I am on my pc still seeing the We'll be back soon, as well as my iphone 4....

My iPhone 4 is now showing the 403 forbidden as well after just showing the post it moments ago
