Moving apps = crash, Apple logo, restart

my sisters setting app turns invisible when i move an app. i have to jump between springboard pages a couple of times for it to come back

This has been happening to me too. Happened twice actually, but hasn't happened since.

Sometimes an app will go invisible, then crash. Sometimes my screen just goes time, and I have to push the power button to make it sleep then wake it again to make it go to normal.

my 4s crashes when im just scrolling through the apps. i really hope the update fixes this

I solved it, but I do not know why is solved. First try to move one of the apps to another page, then just run SIRI and then cancel it. Apps is moved now and you do not face any reset. I didn't see any problem after that.

Finally SOLVED,

REMOVE CYDELETE FROM CYDIA
I giveup and decide to re instal ios6.1 because when i try to delete apps iphone restarts. And i want to backup cydia apps to reinstall them when i reinstall ios6.1. While im noting my cydia apps i recognize that CYDELETE says never install it on ios 6.0/6.1 so i remove it and voila...
