mpb order processing taking a long time

Refurbished MBP: Ordered Monday night, got shipping notification Tuesday morning, should arrive Thursday.

Well, my MBP was shipped out today, but it was meant to be arriving today. It'll be about 5 days before I open the package.

It left China to go somewhere.

Anyone knows where it's going?

Depends on where you live I'd imagine. I'm in NYC and mine went from China to Alaska.

Mine is on Fedex truck for delivery today.

Mine was ordered 4:30 AM Shanghai time on Nov 2nd and was picked up by FedEx Nov 3rd at 12:56 PM Shanghai time. Expected delivery is Nov 9th. I don't know if I can wait a whole week :|

I have to wait a whole month it sucks. Also apple Asia has not returned my email for student ID verification to get the education discount. Taiwan is really apple's last priority.

Mine has been delivered. Unfortunately, I'm not home yet..
This will be my 3rd MBP in 2.5 months. Hoping it will be my last for awhile. Previously ordered two different refurbs.

What happened? Why so many returns?

I was having issues with 6G SSD drive not being recognized 60-70% of the time. (flashing question mark at boot). EFI 2.2 firmware update was no help. Thought at first maybe just got a bad machine or bad Sata III cable, so tried again. Same problem with 2nd one. Apple released update to MBPs - bit the bullet and bought that instead and returned 2nd refurbished. (was within 30 days of release). Apple has been great about returns. Apple has wonderful customer service. Hoping 3rd time is a charm. Fingers crossed.
