So do you have to do it for everytime you sign in? or just once to fix the issue?

Hi there, this worked for me. (Answer is from Microsoft originally )

Launch Messenger, but don't sign-in
Choose the option to "Sign in with a different account . . ."
Click Clear Account History . . .
Click Clear History
Now click Sign-in and enter your credentials again

However, i have another problem. Why am I unable to view some of my contact's display picture?
Any way to solve that?

well i tried this fix, and it allowed me to change my display picture but i still dont see others people display pictures.. and i tried it numerous times

conincidence i see a guys display pic who also has a mac.. but no one elses..

its a piss off kind of.

For some reason, it appears that only picture of certain sizes would appear. Therefore, if your friend reduces the size of his picture, then you would be able to see it.

This is so sad since PC users can see any picture without any problem.

In addition, why cannot we get voice chat? Microsoft sucks big time 😡

it work for me too. i am using snow leopard and just installed msn for mac,

it work perfectly. you must need to resize your own jpg so it will show up

"somehow" clear in your msn pic. display.
