I like it. Would never own one but i can see some people using it even just to show off to their friends.

this is retarded

also further minus points for the trite, uber-cheesy, happy-go-lucky music. sickening.

But nothing. FAIL. That's all anyone needed to know.

Finally! Sooooo annoying how my phone actually fits in my pocket.

No sir, I don't like it.....

I can't see ANYBODY buying that. Period.

Another useless product to consume

Sorry but this may be one of the dumbest things I have ever seen!

As an entrepreneur it boggles my mind that people actually put out products like this and are delusional enough to think it might just be a good idea or is worth making lol, not to mention that products like this some how get funding when I could pitch about 10,000 ideas right now that are infinitely better!

I get it

Clearly it was created by an Android firm looking to make fun of iHeads. This is the dumbest thing I've seen today.

Just imagine their product manager, explaining his boss, how he even plans to sell the minimum order quantity.

"Yaah! Just like the booby-case this will sell good to all people! They like mugs, so they like mug-case! Yah!"

You guys are way too serious!

This case is cute and it's quite functional too! Think of it as pajamas or bunny slippers - very comfortable but not really intended for traveling outdoors with. But when at the desk, next to the bed, by the TV, etc, its nice to have the iPhone held/protected this way.

When there is a product I feel is stupid, I usually just ignore it. But this....this is stupid. Anyone who does buy this is going to use it once or twice, for about 5 phone calls total, max.

Although it is looking exotic but seems really interesting and new also. So, this case will not be so unpleasant and will be welcomed by some people who love to grab the new features.

I've actually been looking for something like this for a few months. I give interactive presentations to medical students in large lecture halls and run the audience response software from my iPhone while the presentation runs on my MacBook.

I like to get out from behind the podium and wander around. I've been wanting an iPhone case with some sort of handle to give me a little more security while walking about, talking with my hands, but is easy to use with the finger of the opposite hand as the software has specific target buttons to hit that (for me anyhow) requires more than just thumb control. There are several iPad cases with handles or slots in which to slide a hand, but not much for the iPhone that I've seen.

This isn't precisely what I've been looking for, but I might go ahead and get one. After the lecture I can use it as a stand back in my office. Amazing how internet commenters have to rush to be "first" posters and point out "fails" just because of lack of imagination or limited needs.

Hmm I usually use my hand to hold on to my iPhone when I lecture. It's actually designed to fit perfectly in my palm! You must have small hands!

And if we're going to complain about "fail" let's not forget that "unique" means one of a kind, sui generis. Consequently, while this product might be appealing to someone looking for something a little more different, it can't be "a little more unique". It's either unique or it isn't.

There. I feel much better now.

Your one person. That's a small market. There aren't a whole lot of others with your needs. And honestly I think you'll look like an idiot holding your phone by a colorful mug handle...

Imagine what the iPad version would be like.

"it looks like a water jug, but is actually a iPad case, cute!"

I think it's fun and unique, but without the rear camera available, and since it increases the size so much, I can only see it being used for jokes or maybe just as a home stand (depending on how easy it is to get the phone in/out of the case). Not expect much in sales from this one.

I'm one representative person out of a few dozen who've actually read this thread in a very small and hypercritical corner of a niche online forum, and I can see a potential use for it. It may not be a best-selling item, but multiply me by a few thousand and you've got a small market for it. The video shows a number of other uses that completely negate the main criticism about the covering of the camera. Yes, it looks hokey oversized and toy-like, but also appears solid and secure for its intended use, which is clearly not for everyday carrying around in your pocket.

I suppose the mounts that I have on my bike, in my car, and my clock radio are also stupid because they preclude the use of the camera. I'm much less concerned about looking like an "idiot" when giving my presentations than I am about the possibility of dropping my phone while clenching it in my hand for an hour. And I have yet to take a photo during a lecture.

People use their devices for many different applications and purposes, in a number of different settings. This goofy case actually provides something new to the market that is valuable for a (small) subset of people. There are a number of functionally similar items for the iPad, but there's not really any other iPhone case out there that provides a little more security or stability than just your hand. I've been looking.

The history of this forum has shown time and time again that posters love to come on to bash and criticize virtually every product at its launch simply because they don't see a use for it for themselves...from silly little things like this case to major products that dented the universe.

Accident waiting to happen as you will probably end up answering the phone with your coffe mug..

Hah! It's the 21st century equivalent of the land-line ringing while you're ironing!

Well, that's subjective, surely. I could say "Elvis is a little more dead than me"; and that's true... if you consider a 100% difference in death "a little"... :p
