Current RC of Ventura.

When I boot my MBA, I get the same apps popping up every time asking for permissions to be granted in control centre.

Bartender - Requires Accessibility access
Hyperdock - Requires Accessibility access
CCC - Requires full disk access

The thing is, when I go into the appropriate place, these applications already have the correct permissions.

I've tried toggling them off and back on, that resolves it for the current session but after a reboot, I get the same.

Really, really frustrating.

13.0.1 didn't fix it, it would happen again intermittently after that.

I recently changed my M1 MBA to an M2 MBA which was completely set up from scratch, I didn't use migration assistant at all.

Now the M2 MBA has started doing exactly the same thing. My Mac Studio Ultra doesn't do it and I have nothing different installed on the MBA than the MSU. I use both devices for the same things.

The odd thing is that I can reboot and apps ask for permissions but sometimes, all I need to do is shutdown, restart and it's all OK without me granting anything. It's getting quite frustrating.

Has anyone else got this problem?

Any suggestions for a fix please?

There were similar problems with TCC on Monterey

TCC = transparency, consent, and control
https://support.apple.com/guide/security/secddd1d86a6/web

If you reset the TCC databases from Terminal, you will be asked again for every app.
I’ve recently reseted the TCC after the Monterey 12.6.6 update and the system froze, So, be sure to save all your work and close all apps before running from Terminal
Code:
tccutil reset All
