You can have you opinion and those of us who miss Steve can have ours. It would be easier if the current leader actually had vision but he lacks any type of that. So, once we get a true visionary leading the company, then we can move on.

I hate to see Apple losing to these other companies. Yes, the products are still great, but the company has lost a lot of the excitement that was brought by Steve.

So until then, get used to it.

Apple is “losing?” I guess whatever game you’re talking about doesn’t use money to keep score.

Have new products ever been announced at WWDC in the past? I can't remember anything, but also don't follow it too closely. It would seem odd to announce new products at WWDC when the event is intended to be about development and software.

Yes, many new products have been announced at WWDC.

Hell, the new Mac Pro was shown at WWDC *last year*.

If you followed my message chain I’ve been talking annuities features. Not money. Obviously they are not hurting for money.

Once again, with Tim Cook at the wheel, big promises of something yet to come - but not yet.

So if they do not plan to launch new iMacs tomorrow why is every shop (at least in Denmark) out of stock? Normal you can get a new within 2-3 days anywhere.

Would Apple allow 2-3 months without a sale on iMacs?

And I was sooooo wrong. But. It just dont get it. First Macs on the new Apple silicons launches in 4-6 months. And this might not even be iMacs. I wonder what causes the slipping delivery times then. And who’s gonna buy a 2019 iMac now?

New Intel-architecture iMacs are coming - probably within weeks. I expect they will be the same 21.5 and 27 inch models, just with new CPUs and GPUs.

And the refurb store just re-stocked with a shedload of product at 15%+ discounts for those who either cannot wait or would prefer to save some cash if a 2019 model has the performance they can use.

The new design 24" ARM architecture model will be later on.

Those are not going to be good. My i9-9900k iMac gets too hot too fast and the fan gets too loud too fast. And they expect to handle a i9-10900k in the current design of the iMac which the processor has higher TDP anyway?

I can't wait to see how much time they waste virtue signaling.
The fact that you use the phrase “virtue signaling” suggests we probably will not be friends. My criticism of Apple is probably entirely different from yours. In fact, the only things I DO like about Tim Cook at this point are his sociopolitical stances.
