My 23' Cinema Display died

So I thought I did try to turn on my MacPro today for the hack of it, and to my surprise, everything worked kinda. I was able to login, and once the logged in is done, I experienced strange artifacts on my screen. I did a video capture on my iPhone. See the link

Now I suspect it is more of a graphics card issue than my 23" Cinema Display. Any comments?
