So my battery is worthless. Talked to Apple support twice today and I have to send it out for either repair or a replacement that will take who knows how long.

I thought yesterday being day one it might just be me playing with it. But today, after a full charge, my watch was completely dead in just over 3 hours. I did nothing except for check the time and monitor the battery progress. No playing around, no texts, no extra apps installed. I actually, at Apple's request, did a complete factory reset.

After all the hype and being over the moon yesterday to receive my watch, I am now pissed that I have pretty much a useless device.

The progress of the battery discharge over 3 hours in pics. Again, without using any features besides raising my wrist to check the status.

It's defective. Sometimes, a battery is a dud. How soon can they get you a replacement?

From my experience with Apple Watch support, you should have a replacement in 2-3 business days. If you play up your frustration, you can probably get them to comp you something (I got AppleCare and a Milanese Band for FREE!)

I'm assuming that you don't have AppleCare, because with it you get the Express Replacement. Then they mail you the replacement BEFORE you return the old one. I told them that after using it for 4 hours, I couldn't live without it anymore. They LOVED that line :)

Oh man, that sucks, I hope the matter gets resolved...i hate when you buy something you been anticipating for so long and then it comes out defective...good luck!

So entitled! What makes you think that every apple watch will be flawless? So spoiled! Unreal. Well this and similar were the response for all of us who didn't get the watch yesterday. So I had to use it on someone else with Watch pains.

::in case you didn't get it, it was a joke::

I don't believe that you whined and someone gave you AppleCare and that band at no charge. If that were the case everyone would be doing this.

I don't understand why everyone longs for the Milanese loop. I don't find it attractive at all. But, to each his(her) own.

Such ridiculously flawed reasoning. Why should they care whether you believe them or not? If it's true it's true, and if they're lying? Oh well, never mind, it's not your issue...

Yeah, there are several in LA, but they don't have watches in stock for replacement. All they can do is sent it out for repair next week, which will already happen once I get the box they are sending.

That sucks I've seen many people in my area walk in and out with replacements here in MA. You would think if we are covered here how the hell is California not blanketed with warranty replacements

Really? Where in MA? Just moved to LA from near Worcester last Thanksgiving. Might have to start calling some stores here.

Trying to find out if any stores in LA are offering in store warranty replacements, but it's IMPOSSIBLE to actually to talk to someone in a store. It's all automated and no matter what I say I get re-routed to apple care. FRUSTRATING!

I emailed the Apple Care guy expressing my dissatisfaction, let' s see what he says in response. My band wouldn't lock into place on my watch.

My iPhone 6 screen stopped recognizing touch after 3 days. I was pissed. I had to send it in but wait for a box first. I was worried but I got the box Tuesday, sent it back in tuesday. They received it Wed, Sent out the new one same day I had a working six by Thursday. Seems like forever, but I'm 98% sure they have some stock set aside for ones that have defects.
