My auto brightness option was hidden

Hello ihave an iphone4s and i have problem with that.my auto brightness option was hidden.it didnt solve even by restoring.pleas help.

Restore and setup as new. Not from backup.

Has this problem a relation to partnumbers?

No relation.
If set up as new didn't work then try the other way round with a restore from a back up.
