Since updating to MacOS 12.6.3 (I was on a 12.6.2 for a while), the bong is cut off when I turn on my Mac Studio.

It's not a huge problem, but has anybody else noticed this?

I don't want to update to Ventura as Monterey is stable for the work I do (mostly audio, lots of various plugins) and can't risk updating mid-project(s).

Thanks!

I don't remember anything like that in Monterey but my MS is now on Ventura. I've always had it on 24/7 but there's the occasional restart.

Like they say…"Leave it on and put down the bong." They don't really say that. I just made it up.

Yes, my bong has been truncated since the last update. I was thinking of posting a similar question.

You can also see the power light go out briefly at the time the bong is cut off.
There doesn’t seem to be any indication of booting problems.

I’m declaring “bonggate!”

It’s to do with the firmware. It was corrected in Ventura. Mine did that before I upgraded to Ventura
