Just have him get a new tempered glass screen protector and have someone who is good at applying them do the job. That's what I do; I can't install those things worth a crap.

Maybe the wet and wipes in the kit and clothes caused this .

They swapped it due to that issue with dust under the display easily

No he bent cause he puts it in his pocket and sits on it and he dropped the phone three times and the glass guard cracked and his camera cracked

We paid so we have a backup phone for my since she Almost out of Warrenty and we save the price of buying her a new phone
