My experience sending Apple Watch in for service

Because there didn't see much point if i can't use it. I've sent back the Sport as the plastic backing is irritating my skin. A replacement watch would be the same. Once the Apple care support decide that the Sport watch isn't faulty they will hopefully allow me to up sell to a SS.

You should be able to use the SS, though. I wouldn't think the watch is faulty. You're just allergic to the composite material on the sport model?

Doesn't anyone find the shipping instructions interesting? They want it shipped back with better protection that it was delivered in?

Ahhhh. Yes. You need AC+. I have that. I always forget you need that to get Express because I always have it.

No, just go through After Sales, not AppleCare.

After sales will send out new boxes, AppleCare will just send out the watch face.

Yes, there is. The dome on the underside of the Sport watch is made of composite/plastic materials. The dome on the SS is made from ceramic. Sapphire is the material used for the screen of the SS, isn't it?
