My First Mac: Aluminium Macbook or White Macbook

I like the 13" MB 2.0 a lot. There were no quality problems and it works great. I installed bootcamp with Vista Business on it, no problem at all.

My MBP is still my main machine, but the MB will be used in office and while traveling a lot.

i just bought my new macbook last week, it is the aluminium one... standart version(2.0) and i am very disappointed... i am about to return this tomorrow...

it is very slow...

takes about 6 seconds to open the itunes... and i definitely waited so much more... the graphics are really amazing, but i don't think it worths so much money for amazing graphics...

that is good my friend..
just tested mine and it was 5. it will vary from time to time depending on processes your cpu is handling at the time.
although.... you could return the macbook and upgrade to pro!
its worth the extra pennies..

Two questions to ask yourself:

1) Might you someday use a 30" display or any size display that is dual link?

2) Might you someday use FireWire?

If you answered yes to question 1, get the aluminum MacBook.
If you answered yes to question 2, get the plastic MacBook.
