My First Mac...and its awesome!!

    I just got my first mac on tuesday, a 17 inch unibody macbook pro. I absolutely love it! I'm glad to now officially join the mac community :D

    heres a pic of what I have on my dock so far :p

    Shift-CTRL-3 for the whole screen, Shift-CTRL-4 (?) for the selected window.

    Thanks a lot guys! i'm happy that there are some great people here, hopefully i can become more active since i'll be the "real deal" :p hahaha

    As far as the battery goes, I've been able to get an average of 4 1/2 hours with heavy applications...so i suppose it's living up to what it said.

    You guys are gonna love your 17 inchers! :apple:

    command - shift - 4 for whole screen, command - shift - 4 - spacebar for selected window ;)

    +shift+4 is a selectable screenshot, if you want just the full desktop it's +shift+3, like I said.

    Congrats, you really switched with style. As if Macs aren't stylish enough already. As others have posted, could you please provide a link to that amazing wallpaper?
