I live in the United States (Northern NJ) and I got my shipping confirmation earlier tonight to. Mine says it should be delivered by August 3rd. Also if you are curious, I apples for the free the bumper around 11:30am the day the iPhone case app was launched.

It's weird seeing it shipped through DHL and then transferred to U.S.P.S to finish the delivery in the U.S. since DHL no longer delivers here.
Interesting. I ordered within the first 30 minutes of the program launching, and mine is still to be 'prepared for shipment'. I guess I'll have to wait it out, but hey, not much to complain about when it's free! 
I ordered mine as soon as I saw the application (08:56 am GMT) and it is still "not shipped".
At the time, my colleague was waiting for his PAC to re-enable his original phone number with Tesco, so his phone was switched off for a couple of hours that morning and he didn't order until later. He received his shipment notification yesterday.

My original shipment date was set for September 1st, and just received an email confirmation that it has been shipped. And it was shipped from a facility only 40 miles away from my house
Got my shipping notice early this morning as well. Ordered a few hours after the program went live. Says it should be delivered by August 2nd but according to the tracking I should be getting it tomorrow. Very happy.

I ordered my the morning of the launch and I got my notice of shipment today. Should be here Aug 3rd instead of Sept 1st. I am in Maryland and it's shipping from Chicago.
To answer my own question: about 24 hours.
Got my Shipped status last night. Will be here August 3rd.
Mine was prepared for shipment late Sunday afternoon and was shipped Monday afternoon. My delivery date says July 29.
Mine is shipped and will be delivered by Aug 4th. I ordered it the day of the free launch on 12:53 PM.
I called yesterday to switch from the Speck Fitted to the Apple Bumper and it already shipped! Glad I switched!
