My iOS 7 Weather App Concept

It's not bad.

But I saw a better concept. For Weather, Stocks, Calculator etc

Get rid of them. In the age of no App Store they were useful. But now there are a dozen or more choices, many for free, in the App Store. So kill the bloat and let us download what we need.

Same with languages, keyboards, Siri voices etc. best part of the argument was that making these things DLC/plugins (same with things like iMovie apps, pages templates etc) would make it easier to make more avail, perhaps even by third parties, and to fix bits without needing a full iOS update.

Plus imagine Tim or Phil getting up on stage and mentioning how some systems are a bloated mess, using 1/3 to even 1/2 of device storage. And now to go with their lighter, thinner hardware is a new lighter iOS.

This could even be round one of the open Tim Cook mentioned at D11

Then buy a different phone.
Or jailbreak it, if you can.

It's not iOS which is boring, it is "you" which got bored with it, new users/people who bought it just now don't find it boring.

I am not saying not to change it, I am just saying if it is flat like that it is horrible, but I trust Apple not to mess this up.

Horrible graphics. It's like Wreck-It-Ralph the weather app.

I think it's going back more than 10 years.

Honestly, it's amazing, Ive is the premier industrial designer / engineer of this generation and perhaps our lifetime. I seriously doubt his vision is this limited.

Would never use this as my weather app. Take a look at Yahoo's weather app, now that is gorgeous and is the app that I use. Just wish they would have a dynamic icon because the app is perfect in my opinion.

I like that the icon shows the updated temperature. Apple needs to implement that ASAP.
