Are you just planning on walking in and getting a bumper? You may be in for a disappointment, they seem just as difficult to get as an iphone.. in fact more difficult, locally - As I have yet to see one anywhere for purchase.

I really don't want to order one. I'll be in Charleston SC for a few days and I'm just planning on calling the store every day i'm there to see if they can hold one for me...
 
You can tell by looking at that site and zooming in on the side decals. Looks like they meet either on bottom left side of phone or on the bottom of the phone just to the left of the speaker(or mic which ever is onthe left side)

What color did you go with? I was tempted into getting a black one but think that I might want a clear one for that clean look.

I would also prefer a wrap that might help with reception so a 1-piece solution might be better. What do you think?

i walked in my apple store yesterday and they had over 100 black bumpers in stock. i live in greensboro. theyve been out since the iphone launch though

I am by no means an expert but that doesnt stop most people around here :)

I think that the number of pieces wont matter just covering the antennas sufficiently might be all that is required.

I went for white and asked for a red and green too (the seller i bought from sells them in sets of 3 covers for $9.99)

It starts and stops at the seem on the side on the phone that has the volume buttons....it seems up perfectly to where you don't even see the black line. Why bother lining THREE pieces of vinyl up instead of one? One install instead of three makes sense to me.
 
I can confirm that. Seems whatever the case, the black bumpers got a massive release recently. Every Apple store I contacted had some Black Bumpers in. Hardly any luck for any other color, though.

And I'm impressed with the Etsy back covers. It's also shown to work with Apple's bumpers as well. Much cheaper than doing the Invisible shield thing. The only caveat is that it covers the back's natural look. However, the backings they have do look impressive, in themselves. Can't argue with the easy install.

I may have to pick one of those up. That black designer one looks nice.
