My iphone 5 does not come with sim card eject pin

in regards to the 4S, sim ejector tools came with official "factory unlocked" phones -- not the unofficial (pay full price for AT&T) "factory unlocked" phones.

AFAIK, the Canada iphones are all officially factory unlocked, hence the inclusion of the sim ejector tool? if you're using a phone locked to a carrier, I suppose they assume you wouldn't need to change sim cards much.

Me too!!! Mine didn't come with that weird 3 prong charger either!!!!!!!!!!!

I work for a wireless carrier in Canada. Every iPhone comes with a sim tool.

And not every iPhone here is unlocked. The only ones that are unlocked are bought outright from Apple Online (iPhone 5), Apple Online and Retail (iPhone 4 and 4S).

Maybe every iPhone from your company has a sim pin. I just received two 64GB unlocked phones directly from Apple online. One had a sim pin, the other did not. Didn't even have the little wings to which the pin is attached! Have no idea why.
 
I've purchased 3 iPhones so far (a 4, and 2 5s) from ATT and never seen a sim card eject pin. I didn't even know there was such a thing :)

I don't understand the reason as to why Apple doesn't include one in the box.. unlocked or not

My unlocked one that I bought from Apple had a sim pin as well.

Seems odd that random phones don't come with a sim pin. Either way it's not that hard to find a paperclip to do the same thing.

S*** happens. That's sad, but actually that's to be expected when company like Apple makes millions of phones. You can't expect every iPhone out fo 50mln to be exactly the same perfect without any issues. I mean you can expect, but you shouldn't believe there's no potential for issues when making such huge amounts of units ;) So relax and go to the Apple Store. If your box was missing apple stickers would you make a similar thread as well? :p

That's it, I'm returning my phone. What a piece of trash. I'm going through all the boxes in the store until I find one with stickers!!
