I talked to Apple and they gave me some App Store codes to redeem for Pages, Keynote, Numbers, and iMovie. The chat lasted like 1 hour 10 minutes though because the rep had to put me on hold and wait for an "iTunes Advisor" to give him the codes. It was the first time I've contacted Apple Support, and I wasn't too impressed by their speed. I also asked the guy if he might know of any reasons why my phone didn't come preloaded with the apps, and he said he had no clue. Oh well, at least I got the apps now.

This happened to me. Open up a chat with Apple and they will give you the codes to redeem them.

I did not have them either on my 6 64gb. But, I was able to download them for free from the app store with the little cloud icon.

Tried both 64GB and 128GB.. Both 64GB models had iWork / iMovie pre-installed. Weird that my 128GB didn't have it. Much more convenient having it pre-installed especially when you have to reset the phone.

Im pretty sure Apple made these iWork apps free now? Or am i horribly mistaken
