Yep, check the mute switch. Very easy to overlook and very easy to make you feel stupid!

My phone went silent a few months ago, and I went through the cycle of resetting and then restoring the phone before someone suggested checking the mute switch. Sometimes the simplest solution is the one to try first...

Both of them r on and up all the way. Also wen i click the side volume buttons it doesnt show that the volume is going up. It just shows up without the white cubes that show the volume is up.

Your phone thinks headphones are still connected. There is a sensor in the earphone jack that is either shorted or jammed. Follow advice from above to clean earphone jack, and repeatedly insert and remove headphones.

U know how iy says ronger on top wen u click the side button then the pic of the volume up then the cubes go up wen u turn them up. Well it doesnt show any cubes not wven gray cubes like wen they arent up to that point. Not any of it. Just ringer and pic of volume.
