I had an issue with my 7+ last year, and if they have stock they will replace it right away. If they don't, they will reserve a phone on their next shipment for you. You will have priority over them selling those incoming shipments.

Only problem with mine last year was they never got a Black 128G model right away, 256G came in first. So I ended up taking that instead. And it's within 14 days of return/exchange policy so you will get a brand spankin new phone.

Yes, not sure if they will have replacement. Debating on getting iPhone 8 instead, the phone was not easy to use for me. You would basically have to learn a whole new way of using iPhone.
Yeah. There’s definitely a learning curve. Not terrible though.

Though I am not too fond of the new home button-less experience as to other Android virtual key experiences I had. I would've appreciated a small black strip with an app switcher, home button, and back button, but that's not how Apple chose to execute it. When I played the X, I didn't realize control centre was only top right swipe towards the bottom until testing it. I didn't get to try the new dual speakers nor Face ID because the T-Mobile demo locked down data and FaceID.

So I took mine to Apple and they did reset and did a diagnostic. Everything was good then and now it is doing it again, this is crazy ! What is wrong with this phone?? I have never had this problem. So it will just black out here and there, Apple don't expect me to keep on resetting my phone. Think I am going to give this phone back to them.

Absolutely. Head back to Apple and request a new replacement. They will take care of this for you.

Please note, if you are still able to get taptic feedback and audio, I had the same thing happen. I brought it to a store and although they had no retail stock available, they did have replacement stock. They switched it out and I was out in 20min.
