So, I don't know if this is even remotely related or not, but the other day my AirPods were connected to my iPad. When I went into the bluetooth settings on the X and tried to connect them to it, the X rebooted. Hoping it was just a random iOS 11 error. First world problems.
 
I’ve had a similar problem my iPhone X kept randomly rebooting for a couple of days and just yesterday it completely stopped working and I had to take it into where I got it and it was sent away and I’m either getting it fixed or a new one within 2 weeks

I hope they get it sorted out for you soon. You didn't buy it directly from Apple?

That just sounds like some sort a type of glitch. I doubt that would be anything intermittent caused by anything else other than iOS.
 
I have this same problem too. It would shut down once every day. I talked to Apple support several times. Tried to restore my phone. Nothing worked so I am bringing my phone into the Apple Store on Sunday. Hopefully, they can fix it or replace my phone soon...
