Best bet is to take it to an Apple store, if you can even though you bought it from your carrier. Let the Genious look at it and if it needs replacing they will do it. Apple Stands by its products

I'm not sure if you were replying to me but I bought my iPhone XS Max at an Apple Store, I always do. Yes they stand by their products for sure as I stated above...At the Apple retail level they've always done right, at the manufacturing level their QC is light years behind and I say that with the saddest feelings. After 12 years of iOS device quality issues its fairly clear to me that QC is not about to be addressed in China.
