isnt that like a one year thing?, i got my ipod September 2007, when it first came out.

Insurance as in the same sort of insurance as car, house, property, etc. Some plans cover for accidental breakage of items out and about, but I guess you don't. :)

Either way - it serves as an excellent conversation piece!

dont hold me to it but my friend got his in october and he preordered it like now, so u should have like 2 days left (althought THATS not covered)

well it was a walk, and we were setting up for that path. that's why the truck was there too.

looks like my samsung alias only that broke totally but i got a free Dare out of it.

Of course not. If companies allowed people to return products that the person personally had a hand in ruining, whether through negligence or whatever it may be, most companies would be out of business.
