My Mac is Controlled by a Hacker (Really)

Here is the issue I have with this is that you get angry at us, you dont take any of our suggestions, and then you say we are being pricks for it.

Basically what it sounds like to me is that you can't follow simple instructions that is repeated over and over, and that you for whatever reason can not disconnect from the internet because that would solve this issue all together so that you can REINSTALL OS X and no longer have said "hacker"
