I've run an app called "coconutbattery" and found out that my new Mac that I bought yesterday is 11 weeks old.

I bought it from the Apple Store (offline).
Do you think this laptop is one of those returned products that are repackaged?

If you bought a new Mac from Apple, it will be brand new.

The age is based on the serial number and reflects week of manufacture. There are a few sites where you can enter your s/n and have it decoded into model, spec, week, and place of manufacture, if you want to double check Coconut.

From their website:
Age of your mac
Calculates the age of your Mac using the coded production date in the serial number of your Mac

Edit: Mostly, enjoy!
