Take it to a friend who is intelligent and/or has good mechanical skills. Friend's dad might be a good choice as well :D Worst case you may have to decide whether you want to keep the case intact or are willing to break it.

you could try to use the plastic tools like shown on ifixit's teardown pages.
they are meant to be strong enough with least damage to the gadget.

Is there a section in the manual on how to remove the case?

Try calling Zuzo's tech support or maybe they have a User Forum.

Get someone to taunt and make fun of you until you're at the point of rage, then just tear the phone out of the case :D

Or bring it to a Apple Store/strong person (maybe your local Apple Store has a resident strong person? You never know)

If the guy at apple breaks it they have to give a replacement.

They're not dumb lol. If there is a chance of it breaking then they won't even try to take it out.

I would take it to the Apple store and have them take a look at it.
