iPhone 11 Pro My Pre-order disappeared..

I ordered the series 5 watch through Apple last week when pre-orders started and that order seems to have disappeared but I can still see my iphone 11 promax, it says it is processing.

Cool so since we did In Store Pickup, nothing will charge until we finish the transaction in store?

I did store pick-up last year and I was charged a few days before I picked up the phone and watch at the store. When I got to the store I simply stood in line and was handed my items since I was already charged by the time I got there.

I don't see my order on my phone but i do see it on my laptop. I did have an issue with Citizens (who is financing this). I adjusted my income and it was approved but i find it weird that Apple is handing off the financing as they are. It is making me nervous that there have been this many changes. I'll just keep an eye out!

Cool I will keep watching. Mine didn't disappear and are still in Order Placed, and I received the emails. Weirdest thing so far is that the case's I ordered a few days ago order is missing. Fortunately, it will still retrieve from the Order Number link in the email.

AT&T was able to process my order for Sept 20 delivery. Just going that route. Will cancel my orders placed on Apple.com when I am able. Was silly to switch to the AUP anyway....

I had the same issue, my order disappeared, it is now showing up w/delivery date of 9/20.

My 11 Max Pro phone order shows up in my orders screen, but my Series 5 watch order, my case order, and everything else I've ever ordered has disappeared. I attribute it to order day funkiness in the Apple Store and fully expect everything will be right with the world by later today.

Both orders are now appearing in Apple status and just got that loan approval email. Now just hope it allows me to cancel one of them. So for those of you still not seeing it, check again. Perhaps for new AUP folks this step look longer as it was waiting on the loan approval process?
