Love that nice crispy looking brown your case is developing I'm still working on mine after 2 days- I may need to wear darker pants or something lol.

Does yours by any chain have less leathery bumps and more smoothness on the middle of the case near the logo?

seems to be the same all throughout. no inconsistency on mine. love it.

I've been going back and forth on this but I just put an order in for the Saddle Brown for my Silver 6s+. I'll pick it up tomorrow from the Apple Store. Thanks for the photos!

How is everyones power button? With mine I can't feel any tactile feel at all - where as my black leather case from last year is amazing

Thoughts? Should I swap it out?

Mine was stiff at first but started loosening up pretty quickly. Now it feels about the same as my Midnight Blue case from last year. I think others have said the same.

I have this & I don't like it. To picture the color think of a football; it's kind of orangey ~. Also, I have the creases others have mentioned on this thread.

It looks good on the White iPhone btw. I'll post pictures if anyone wants some.

Photos in a thread like this are never a bad idea!

I just got a black Apple leather case for the 6s plus , it has some lines in the back you can see in certain angles with light

Is this normal or should I return it ?

I returned mine today and couldn't get an exchange as my store was all out of stock ugh!

Guess I'll need to wait a while to get it again....

try this.

also note, when you get the case. the buttons are obviously a little hard to press but will become more responsive as it ages. I used the butt end of a letter opener (plastic, round edge) and pushed the buttons in with it and out with my finger a little bit. it helped a lot and now they're very responsive. some have used the end of kitchen utensils also.

Welp I ordered the midnight blue for my Gold 6S+ and it should be here tomorrow. So I'm excited about that as I finally get to see the quality of these sexy classy looking cases up close, and I also can get a feel for the size of the 6s+, coming from Android I'm not to worried as I'm used to big phones, and the 6+ doesn't even look that big. But today I put in an order for the saddle brown. I've come to the conclusion that it looks the best imo with that real leather look to it and will match the Gold 6S+ really well. So I don't know yet if I'll be returning my midnight blue case or keeping it and rock both of them. The saddle brown on one day and the midnight blue on some other day to keep it looking fresh.

Have they made any changes to the leather vs the 6 case from last year? I've had a black 6 plus leather case for the past year but it started developing some serious bubbling. I love the look of the new saddle brown case but I don't want to drop another $50 if it's going to be a repeat of the last time.

I think the saddle brown and gold 6s Plus will look really slick together. I see shades of gold when I look at the phone through the camera hole.

that sounds like water damage? I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary on mine but also haven't gotten it wet in any way.

How do these leather cases hold up in water? Like, if your hands are wet or damp, is it messed up over time? Or are they treated in some way?

I haven't tried nor do I want to. I avoid touching my phone if my hands are wet.

For those who have had this case for over a week I wanted to ask whether the grip/suppleness has improved?

I got the new brown version this weekend and it's crazy slippery. I don't know if it's only this color or not but I'm going to the Apple Store to exchange it today. I love the color. It's kind of a grayish brown. I handed it to my wife to see if she thought it was slippery also and immediately dropped it on the floor. That answered
my question.

I've had my saddle brown one for a week now and it is starting to get grippy. I know my black 6 Plus case got nice and grippy over time, and this one seems to be on the same track. I love this case.

you got to break in the leather a bit. same as leather seats, you slide in and out of a car so easy when they're new. now I have a nice, soft leather with grip in my truck. give it some time (a week at best).

Not good with water. You should either treat it or be careful around water. Basically water will cause bubbling.

Got mine yesterday but its got some streaking running diagonally down the back. The streaks are kind of whitish. You can see them running left to right, from the top left corner.
