I am glad you all had great experiences with Switcheasy. I on the other had waited 10 days to get a response back. From that experience alone I will never order anything from that company again.

I patiently waited 1 week for a reply from Zoltan, and all other email correspondence between us was handled the same day (sometimes minutes apart). He went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase(s). It is rare to see such a "generous" company this day and age. I have turned some of my co-workers over to SwitchEasy, and I will continue to send them referrals based on my experience with the company. Judging by most of the responses in this thread I am not alone.

I've been also referring Switcheasy products to my fellow coworkers and friends because of their oustanding customer service. I've had the best communication with them compared to other companies that manufacture iPhone 3G cases.
 
I`m actually a little pissed at switcheasy.

I placed a order on Friday on the .COM site and I live in Canada. It let me do everything and took my order. I get a email today saying now I need to re order through the .eu site? Forget it i`ll order it from some guy on EBAY.

Don`t let your site take all our information for a sale if its not supposed to and say yeah you need to reorder...

SwitchEasy no longer ships USPS to Canada. Your best bet is to order from a CN reseller such as http://www.invopal.com or http://www.stuffedbox.com/
 
http://www.invopal.com hands down, better customer service, super fast turn around (not sure if he ships outside of canada) but I'll be betting my switcheasy stuff from him from here on :) Was free shipping (probably still is, I havent checked), check it!
 
bought a blackbiscuit for my nano 3g 1 year ago from ebay

after my case got all scratched up and my headphone adapter kinda ripped up

i emailed them about my headphone adapter and i was unhappy that the black biscuit dimmed my ipod too much and it was heavily scratched

they sent me a new white biscuit with multiple headphone adapters for free of charged, it came really quick too
 
I received mine within a week, BUT I now use them as a backup case.
SwitchEasy colors is just a crud case in my opinion.

Purchased InCase slider(one for me, and one for wife) and we both love the case.
 
I bought a Switcheasy Colors and as everyone else here said, it stated 3-5 day shipping. It took 1 week to even ship. Then I waited 3 more weeks, repeatedly e-mailing customer service. I usually got in hold with Zoltan, who said there was a shipping problem. Nevertheless, I eventually got my product in great condition, but their shipping services were unsatisfactory.
 
My experiance with Switcheasy was terrible. I ordered a rebel and a neo. when I received them both, were very poorly molded. I sent them back and got replacements over a month later. Both cases were the exact same ones I ordered. They didn't even take them out of the box (I shipped them from my work where we use tape with our logo on it, the tape wasn't even cut). They just slapped a shipping lable over my origonal one. I sent them another e-mail and finally got another return number. After another 3 weeks of waiting I got a new box with new cases. Inside were 2 pink Colors cases. By this time I was pissed and figured screw it. That was a $50 lesson learned the hard way. Needless to say I will never do business with them again.

I just wanted to throw out there that www.invopal.com and www.stuffedbox.com no longer work. This is a problem for me because my switcheasy rebel has a defect. I sent an email recently to switcheasy asking what my options were, now I guess Im going to have to wait.

Just an update on my situation, switcheasy got back to me within 24 hours, saying "Thank you, we will send a replacement Black Rebel spine ASAP". This is amazing customer service, hopefully the replacement gets here soon, I can post some pics and how long it took to get here.
 
My White CapsuleNeo turned from white to cream so I emailed zoltan with pictures of my case. I got a response that same day saying that they are shipping me both, a new white and black spine.

That is good service.

Ah lovely you can swap the I-frame, that's cool of them to send out both! I actually now settled with the black one.
All I can say with this company is: AWESOME!
