Ok so I've done some fine tuning and wanted to give an updated list of instructions for myself (and anyone else) on every step I use to get my iPhone perfect after jailbreak.

1. Download biteSMS (allows you to reply to texts while within other applications)

Send: via Mobile Carrier

-> Application Icon: Apple Messages.
-> Hide messages App: On

2. Download Callbar (makes it so you can keep doing whatever your doing during an incoming call)

Call Pickup Method: Answer-decline buttons

Pressing lock button: Locks the device

3. Download iFile

4. Download Zephyr (simply swipe up from the bottom of the screen to get to your home screen or app switcher)

Swipe from left and right: Off

5. Download Startdial (lets you choose which screen you want the phone app to start with)

Enabled: On

Start with: Keypad

Check Recents: On

6. Download Springtomize 2 (declutters homescreen)

Dock
-> Hide Dock: On

Icons
-> Hide Lables: On
-> Disable All Badges: On
-> 5 Rows: On
-> Hide Newsstand/Springtomize: On

Folders
-> Hide Label: On

7. Download Snes9x ex (Can play SNES games w/ bluetooth wiimote)

With iFile over WiFi place ROM's into var->mobile->Media->ROMS ->SNES

8. Download SMS GV Extension (Allows you to receive free GV texts in the stock messaging app)

9. Download Phone GV Extension (Allows you to automatically call with GV so people don't get confused by you having 2 #'s)

Mode: Ask Before Dialing

10. Download Navigate From Maps (Look up information on map application and click "Navigate with Navigon" and Navigon automatically starts giving you turn by turn directions there)

11. Download KillBackground (Simply swipe up with Zephyr and click a button on bottom left to kill all background apps)

Button on the left: On

Always visible: On

Auto close switcher: On

12. Download iBlacklist (Lets you choose who can & cant call you)

13. Download SBSettings (which downloads Activator)

Set windows toggles: Wi-Fi, 3G, Airplane all set to 'on' (later do this for Springflash toggle as well)

Dropdown window theme: Serious SBSettings HD

Hide icons: Activator, CallBar, Camera, Compass, Contacts, Game Center, Google Voice, iTunes, Mail, Nike + iPod, Notes, Safari, SBSettings, Stocks, Videos, Weather, YouTube

14. Download Springflash + Springflash SBSettings toggle

15. Activator actions to set

Home Button
-> Double Press: Camera (makes it so any picture is just a double click away)

Status Bar
-> Double Tap: biteSMS
-> Single Tap: SBSettings

Volume Buttons
-> Down Short Hold: Previous Track (allows you to control your music in the car without even looking)
-> Up Short Hold: Next Track

16. LSAlwaysShowMediaControls (always shows the ipod music controls on your lockscreen since I assigned the double click home button action to opening the camera app)

Regular apps I already have:
17. Final Fantasy 3

- In case I don't have a wiimote for true SNES gaming but want to play a good game / kill some time

18. Goodreader

- Faster than others and has text reflow for reading any PDF book kindle style

19. Navigon

20. Epson iPrint

- Print documents over WiFi straight from iPhone to an epson printer

21. Quick Password Manager

- Not only encrypts your passwords but also your notes

22. Documents to go premium

- Best office document editor for the iPhone. Lets you put in notes while seeing the powerpoint slide.

23. Atomic Web Browser

Ad Block Settings: On

Full Screen Settings
-> Auto Full Screen: On
-> Full Screen Buttons: Back, Forward, Enter/Exit full screen, Action Menu, Bookmarks, Search engine / Find on Page
-> Action Menu Options: Scroll to the top, Scroll to the bottom, Tabs - delete current, Reload page, Add as bookmark

Hope any of these tricks/tweaks are able to help someone else as well :)

Okay, here's what I have...

Spire - Siri for my 4

AssistantLove - adds cool features to Siri (I use it so that it uses MotionX GPS for navigation automatically....ie. when I say how do i get home from here it opens MotionX and does my usual turn by turn navigation)

Mail More Photos - self explanatory - removes the 5 photo limit in photo sharing

NoNewsIsGoodNews - removes Newsstand entirely

PandoraSkips - removes the skip limit in Pandora

Poof - remove system icons (mainly game center)

PowerUp - adds reboot and respiring to shutdown menu

Remove Background - triple tap home to kill all running apps

TetherMe - hotspot tethering without paying carrier.
