Agreed lighting will affect how strongly they differ; my point is that it's factually incorrect to say they are the "exact same color". Anyone under the impression that "Natural" is a neutral grey is liable to be unpleasantly surprised.

iPhone 15 Pro Natural Titanium frame color vs. White Titanium frame color?

You need to get your eyes checked then. One is silvery while the other is yellowish. There is a clear color difference.
Nah mate, the difference in those picture is how the light bounces in the different angle. But in the second picture, with both phones in the same angle, look exactly the same
They are different. I saw them in the store.
The white as the name suggests is lighter.
Thank you for sharing those photos. That is helpful because it shows the two phones side-by-side, and finally proves that the metal bands on the Natural Titanium and the White Titanium are different colors.
The question now becomes: Which of those two bands is the real natural colour of titanium?
The verdict is neither band is actually the natural color of titanium; rather, they are all coated with PVD. The white titanium and “natural” titanium variants just have lighter-colored frames to match their back glass. This means any scratches on the frame of the white and natural titanium iPhones are less likely to stand out compared to the black and blue titanium iPhones.
Having said that, a person posted on Reddit stating they had a natural titanium iPhone with a scratch on the frame, but was able to buff it out with some polish:
It’ll be interesting to find out if this only works on light scratches, and if it works on the white titanium iPhone as well.
Titanium has various color depending on the alloy utilized and/or compound it is bonded to as well.

All the titanium ive seen and have had looks just like a brushed raw metal. No shine or bling or how the new phone looks. The titanium Apple Watch is way closer. That pic you posted is pretty though.Here is a representation of titanium in a "pure" form.

I've seen both in person, in Apple Store lighting and regular warm incandescent lighting, and the "White Titanium" railings are absolutely a lighter color than my Natural Titanium.
He or she probably removed a fine layer of the PVD coating to correct scratch I am thinking, If it were deeper then it wouldn't have worked or made the area polished change color shade.
